  • Information on the local and/or international schools according to the request made.
  • Information on the equivalent levels of education between host country and home country schools.
  • Detailed information and explanations on house rental or purchase conditions.
  • Real estate offers communicated in response to a request made and according to the specified budget, for a better understanding of the market.
  • Any other information requested by the family.

Opening a bank account


  • Based on a copy of the passport for EU-nationals.
  • Based on a copy of the passport and the employment contract for non EU-nationals.

Housing and schooling assistance(preliminary research)

  • Preliminary search, based on all market sources (Estate agents, personal data, Internet, specialized publications, search in the districts concerned).
  • Initial selection based on the offers received (elimination of inappropriate offers).
  • Properties selected are visited by us and a shortl list to be visited with the family is made and communicated (description of the properties along with photographs).
  • Appointments are made with local and/or international schools.

Housing and schooling assistance

  • Area orientation-orientation tour.
  • Accompanied visits to schools. Advice and assistance with pre-school placement and day care assistance.
  • Organisation of meetings with families of children who attend the same school
  • Accompanied home viewing.
  • Second visit and 'second opinion' advice on final selection of properties.
  • Advice on neighbourhoods, safety etc.

  • Removal from the register of foreigners at the town hall.

  • Organizing the forwarding of mail to the new address.
  • Assessment of any damage before the inventory of fixtures to make any necessary repairs.
